You have access to find providers by contacting insurance carriers two ways; either by phone to their Customer Service Center or on their websites.
Find a Medical Provider
- Log into mycigna.com or go to www.cigna.com.
- Click on Find a Doctor, Dentist, or Facility.
- How are you covered – Choose Employer or School
- Enter the address, city, or zip code you wish to search
- Search by type of doctor, name of the doctor, or facility name
- If you are not logged in, choose to Continue as guest
- Select a Plan – Open Access Plus, OA Plus, Choice Fund OA Plus
To Find a Dental Provider
- Log in to mycigna.com or go to www.cigna.com
- Click on Find a Doctor, Dentist, or Facility.
- How are you covered – Choose Employer or School
- Enter the address, city, or zip code you wish to search
- Search by type of doctor, name of the doctor, or facility name
- Choose the type of dentist or enter the name of the dentist you would like to search for.
- If you are not logged in, choose to Continue as guest
- Select a Plan – Total Cigna DPPO (Cigna DPPO Advantage and Cigna DPPO)Dental Network – Cigna DPPO
To Find a Vision Provider
- Log into myCigna.com and select ”Coverage”. Select Vision page. Click on Visit Cigna Vision. Then select “Find a Cigna Vision Network Eye Care Professional” to search the Cigna Vision Directory.
- Don’t have access to myCigna.com? Go to Cigna.com, top of the page select “Find A Doctor” and select “Employer or School”
- Click on Additional Resources. Select “Cigna Vision Directory (Serviced by EyeMed)”.
- Prefer the phone? Call the toll-free number found on your Cigna insurance card and talk with a Cigna Vision customer service representative.
