The vision plan provides you with the freedom to use an eye doctor of your choice or access the Humana vision network of providers. If you use a provider participating in the network, your out-of-pocket expenses will be reduced. If you use a non-network provider, in-network benefits and discounts will not apply and benefits will be paid according to a set benefit reimbursement schedule.
